“GET SOME SWAG IN YO’ LIFE.”

JP (@jayqizzle) fulfilled a long time wish for me when he asked me to go to the Organization’s Charity Winter Workshop with him and take my first intense Socal workshops! He even managed to convince me to sign up for the week long advanced classes. Insanity. Didn’t have the confidence, but did it anyway, and shit - maybe I have improved as a dancer after all (YEE!). Took the hour long drive to Garden Grove with James Chi & JP in tow, met up with some of my favorite Berkeley dancers, and was lucky enough to learn from GRV’s Jesse Trinidad and SGBM’s Cye. Not gonna lie, it was tough learning other styles and putting myself out there as a dancer - but how SO MUCH FUNNNNNNNNNN? Fucking 3 more days of this nonsense, but I’m pretty excited for this, not gonna lie. Hella dance endorphins<3

Now, if I learned anything from this experience, it’s Jesse’s #1 message: “GET SOME SWAG IN YO’ LIFE.” BahhahaHAHAaha. I love it. My new motto in life. Get it, get it.
